1.最近版本的HM涂层不仅保持了与原来相同的硬度,并且提高了抗高温、氧化。

2.球头先端部的前角设定为负角,提高了耐磨性改善了加工尺寸。

3.球头外周侧的前角设定为弱负角,确保了切削性能从而实现良好的加工表面。

4.在加工40HRC以上的硬材料时也能实现高效率,长寿命,并且保持良好的加工面。

切削参数表为估算值,可根据实际加工状况(如形状,目的,机床等)进行调整。

当机床的转速不够时或者加工中发生震动,工具发热的现象时,请把转速及进给速度按同比例下调。

工具的突出长超过35mm时,请把条件降低。

请及时清理切屑,注意加工中的发热,火花现象。
