备注:

推荐使用气冷或者油雾冷却。但是加工铜的情况下推荐使用湿式冷却。

加工不锈钢或者超高温合金时推荐使用油性冷却。

本条件表中的切削条件为估算值,实际加工中可根据加工形状,要求,使用设备状况等条件来进行调整。

设备的转速达不到要求时,请把转速和进给同比例下调。

请使用震动小刚性高的加工设备。

及时清理切屑,注意加工过程中的发热,火花等现象。
